Motivational Marketing, Inc. (MMI) celebrates its 25th Anniversary

On MMI’s anniversary, Founder and President, Richard S. Karolak pays tribute to the hardworking professionals and wonderful clients who have made MMI what it is today—a world-class management company.

“We have been blessed with wonderful clients and an outstanding staff. My heart goes out to all of our clients who believe in us and let us do what we do best. In the end, it’s all about the partnership and delivering. After 25 years of service, I like to believe that we can deliver a first class product anywhere in the world,” says Richard S. Karolak, Founder and President.

Karolak, who began his journey years ago as the Lead Account Executive for Ford Motor Company with J. Walter Thompson, is a champion of high quality and still believes service is job #1. “120% effort should be the standard, always,” says Karolak, who remains intimately involved with many projects and programs. “We will sip a glass of champagne tonight, but not too many as we are busier than we have ever been and we’ve got more work to do!”
