Richard founded Motivational Marketing, Inc. (MMI) in 1982 as a marketing company, conducting promotional programs for General Motors Corporation, Ford Motor Company, Uniroyal Tire, Kmart Corporation, and several others. Richard later founded Motivational Travel Corporation (MTC) as a full-service travel agency company, supporting Motivational Marketing, Inc. The combination of MMI and MTC has grown into a highly regarded Travel, Incentive, and Meeting company conducting business with distinguished clientele, such as New York Life Insurance, Pfizer, Volkswagen, Bridgestone Firestone, AGCO Corporation, Caterpillar,
and other Fortune 500 Companies.

Today, MMI conducts Group Travel, Incentive, and Meetings worldwide for 100 – 3,000 attendees. As founder and CEO, Richard oversees MMI and MTC Corporate policy, future growth, and expansion planning. As industry professionals go, there is rarely an executive who has seen more hotels and cities than Richard. His keen eye and years of experience are invaluable to every project.
