Michael Karolak,
Account Executive
Michael began his career in 1997 with Program Headquarters, Inc., where he quickly became a leader in customer support and systems management. Michael worked with a high-profile client base, including Sony, Ericsson, Sprint and Cingular/AT&T, and was intimately involved with the coordination of award trips, consumer rebates, award fulfillment, and sales incentives. In addition, Michael oversaw all program reporting and maintained network and server operations. Today at MMI, Michael brings a varied and skilled background to every initiative and program, and his programs have a track record of delivering results that exceed expectations.
