MMI Interactive™/Web Registration

High-Performance, Availability, and Reliability

MMI Interactive’s operational infrastructure is designed to meet its customers’ demands for high-performance, availability, and reliability. This goal is achieved through a framework centered on four key operating principles: Redundancy, Monitoring, Auditing, and Maintenance. Redundancy dictates that a job be performed by at least two components in case one fails. Monitoring allows the staff to identify issues either before or as they occur. Auditing is the regular review of application usage to plan for future site needs. Maintenance is performed regularly as a preventive measure, to address potential issues before they arise.

Multi-Tiered, Multi-Layered Security

MMI Interactive employs a multi-tier, multi-layer security model for its online systems. The first tier is physical security; it addresses physical access to our servers and other equipment. Network security is the second tier; its goal is to restrict network traffic to only those services and devices necessary for full functionality. The third tier of security is host security, which involves security at the server operating system level. The fourth tier of security is application security; its goal is to ensure that credentialed users of the system gain access to authorized resources only.
